What do you do when you find out you have to support a new 9-1-1 dispatch system? Yes, it has different data requirements from the previous system. Oh, and ambulances now do regional support so can we also provide regional information? Um, and we don't have a master address database for the City (yeah, don't go there). And there are no regional data standards. FME to the rescue: a hacker's adventure in data manipulation automation!
