Local Government Citizen Services and BI Reporting

How it works

  1. Fill out and submit the Survey123 form with your contact information and pet details.
  2. Check your email for shelter information and potential matches for your lost pet.
  3. Click on the completed survey page to view the dashboard summarizing recently found pet data.
  4. Filter the displayed map data by selecting elements on the graph and chart.

Overview

The following demo integrates Survey123 and Tableau Public but could be adapted to work with any citizen submission or reporting workflow. The user can submit a Survey123 form on a lost or found pet. They will then receive an email with information on the nearest shelter and a possible found pet match. Any found pets are displayed on a Tableau Public dashboard with a map, graph and chart for visual analysis.
